Lebanese chicken risotto topped with golden almonds and cinnamon 





Garlic Chicken Wings

with a hint of lemon, one is never enough!








Fresh and delicious salad with a sumac dressing and crispy Lebanese bread 













Baba Ghanouj

a beautiful smoked eggplant dip decorated with pomegranate seeds and mint















Sesame Seed and Pistachio Cookies

with a hint of aniseed










Fresh Tangy Homemade Lemonade

infused with mint












We finish the class with

Lebanese coffee and

fresh mint tea with a touch of rose water
