Create Two Show Stopping Lebanese Chicken Dishes This Spring
This class focuses on creating two different and delicious Lebanese chicken dishes, including the famous chicken and rice dish topped with golden almonds, complemented with a beautiful fresh salad, smokey dip and crispy baked potatoes.

Christine’s Freekah and Herb Salad – using freekah, an ancient Middle Eastern grain, we create a fresh colourful salad
Baba Ganouhj - smoked eggplant dip, one of my favourites
Baked Potatoes – delicious and gentle on the palate
The highlight is at the end of the class when we get to relax and enjoy the dishes we have just created followed by Lebanese sweets, coffee, and fresh mint tea.
