This class is all about having fun while preparing delicious and wholesome Lebanese wraps.
Lamb Shawarma (marinated boned leg of lamb)
Falafel (chickpeas and fava beans have never tasted so good)
Tarator (creamy tahini dip/sauce)
Tabouleh Salad (one of Lebanon's national dishes)
Hummus (chickpea dip)
Yoghurt and Cucumber Dip
The highlight is at the end of the class when we get to relax and enjoy the dishes we have prepared followed by Lebanese sweets, coffee and fresh mint tea.
