I am very proud to announce My Lebanese Kitchen, Cooking School Melbourne, is celebrating its five month anniversary. The on going support and client’s enthusiasm has been amazing. In what would be considered a very short time for any new business, we have regulars who have attended two to three classes, and held private and corporate classes.
We have had so many requests to share the secrets of our famous hummus and delicious falafel so I thought it appropriate to start My Lebanese Kitchens Blog page with these two favourite recipes, plus Tarator a creamy tahini sauce, one of my all time favourite dishes. Enjoy!
