This class is all about having fun while preparing delicious and wholesome Lebanese street food. Learn to make: kafta, Lebanese spiced minced beef patties; falafel, crispy, golden balls made with chickpeas and fava beans; tarator, a deliciously creamy tahini sauce; irresistible freshly made hummus that is worlds away from anything you will find in the shops; and tabouleh a beautiful fresh and traditional Lebanese salad.

Lebanese food is made for sharing, making it a perfect option for relaxed entertaining. Bernadette’s delicious menu features: sayadieh, fragrant rice topped with succulent fish and garnished with caramelised onions, golden almonds and pine nuts; a fattoush salad that packs a punch with a mix of pomegranate, fresh herbs, raddish, sumac, and for crunch, crispy Lebanese bread; a vibrantly hued Lebanese beetroot dip; and for dessert, namoura, a moreish semolina and rose syrup cake, served with tea and coffee.
