Bernadette’s delicious menu features: sayadieh, fragrant rice topped with succulent fish and garnished with caramelised onions, golden almonds and pine nuts; a fattoush salad that packs a punch with a mix of pomegranate, fresh herbs, raddish, sumac, and for crunch, crispy Lebanese bread; a vibrantly hued Lebanese beetroot dip; and for dessert, namoura, a moreish semolina and rose syrup cake, served with tea and coffee.
