Love Chicken

Cooking class on Saturday April 22nd focuses on cooking chicken in two different and delicious ways including the famous Djaj ma Rouz, Lebanese chicken risotto topped with golden almonds and cinnamon Garlic Chicken Wings with a hint of lemon, one is never enough! Fattouch Fresh and delicious salad with a sumac dressing and crispy Lebanese bread Baba Ghanouj a beautiful smoked eggplant dip decorated with pomegranate seeds and mint Sesame Seed and Pistachio Cookies with a hint of aniseed Fresh Tangy Homemade Lemonade infused with mint We finish the class with Lebanese coffee and fresh mint tea with a touch of rose water
