On my ‘Food Journey Through Lebanon’ I got to taste the most amazing organic produce, from eggs which I could not get enough of, to goats’ yoghurt, cows yoghurt and cheese, the freshest and most divine mint, lettuce, spring onions, radish, lamb and goats meat, plus much much more.
